Regents approve University of Northern Iowa residence hall rates for 1990-91.

Room and board rate increases for residence halls of four percent, effective with the 1990-91 fall semester, and four percent increase in apartment housing rates for this coming fiscal year. Full board in a double occupancy room will cost $2,326 annually.
