University of Northern Iowa names graduate dean, library director, three acting department heads.

John W. Somervill named dean of the Graduate College, Herbert Safford was named director of the University Library and professor with tenure. Three acting academic department heads are: Ruth Anderson, Roger A. Kueter, and Barry Wilson.
