Increased Cedar Falls Police Department forces to be present at Homecoming Cedar Falls Police will place more officers on duty this weekend during Homecoming. Nineteen reserve officers will be on duty, in addition to fifty-five sworn officers. Road blocks and no parking zones will be in effect.
