Students are asked to share their story about how they have felt excluded at UNI. The event was planned by several different multicultural student groups. UNI strives to represent all students. | |
6 | One hundred people will become American citizens at ceremony | UNI will host a U.S. Citizenship Ceremony to celebrate the 100 people that will become American citizens. There are people for 36 different countries becoming U.S. citizens. The public is encouraged to attend this event. | |
7 | Iowa Business Plan Competition open for submissions | The John Pappajohn Iowa Business Plan Competition is now accepting entries for the 2014 competition. This is the ninth year of the competition. This years first prize winner will receive $25,000. |
